I’m usually not one to vent but…
Back in November, I ordered 2 parts on eBay. After they arrived I realized I ordered the wrong ones and asked to return them. Of course I’ll be hosed the shipping but my fault for ordering wrong so that’s life. That’s not my issue.
Get this….
They issued 2 return labels, one for each part. Since they originally arrived in one box, I only used one label to return them but did put both packing slips in the box with the parts.
Well they only issued a refund for one of the parts being the one associated with the shipping label on the box.
I have been in touch with their customer service 4 times who are pleasant but useless and can only open a case for review but not actually do anything. I’m now being told the case is closed, no refund, no explanation.
WTF?
I have now opened an appeal to the case decision. Regardless of the outcome, I’m done with eBay.
