Question REAR DRIVE AXLE VENT - OIL LEAK....2013 GT Mustang

Just noticed while backing out of driveway there were oil leaks on the concrete floor, upon closer inspection this is where the leak was coming from, the rear drive axle vent. Anyone experienced this before? Planning to take the car to the dealership next week.

Looks like the pinion seal, super common due to venting issue.

^Agree, that's a pinion seal, where is the vent you're thinking is leaking?
Pinion seals seem to leak on every one of those.

Yeah, was gearing towards the pinion seal as well. Going to drag the car into dealership next week to fix. Thanks for the input guys!

Hopefully the tech knows what he/she is doing, not like the clown who repaired mine under warranty.

If they don't fix the vent, will leak again in short order.

Pinion seal replaced under warranty @ Yorkdale Ford. No hassle.
