my wife just emailed me...seems her gains in the gym are getting noticed by her co-workers...which is great....but two ladies that joined Curves a few months back are complaining that they've made zero gains and are asking her for answers

my response

"There are two reasons:

1) they're not training hard enough
2) I'm not their trainer"
