Turbonetics/Innercooled system for 08 GT. Anyone have feedback to share?

In my confusing over researched quest for an SC for my 08 GT, I came accross a Turbonetics single turbo inner cooled kit that looks interesting and very affordable.

Anyone have one or know how well these work? Will I need to dump my long tubes to install? I looked at dyno sheets and they look like they make better lower end tourque than a centri, which was counter intuitive for me having owned Turbo Saab's in the past that had bad bad lag.

Any feebdack would be appreciated. Thx.

Centri's use power to make power (parasitic loss from belt) vs Turbo using wasted exhaust gas to create power. May explain the power difference down low.

Turbonetics kit from what I remember has no piping or no cold side at least so a lot of custom work. There are a couple full kits for the s197 though

This kit is a bolt on with all parts, with exhaust mods to fit and is designed for s197 v8.

You will lose the longtubes. The kit will include the turbo headers. Just make sure you save some money to have it tuned for the fuel you plan to use.

Ya I expect installation and a dyno tune for sure. Just haven't met anyone with this kit so far to see how it performs

Kit will make good power and a 61mm turbo is small and will spool very fast. i would actually a 72-72mm on your car if I was building my on kit.
