Would a drag radial like the Nitto NT05R be ok for the Road Course?

What's the difference between the NT05 and the NT05R?
I run the NT05 as my RC tires.

Edit: can find any info. But my gutt says the drag version of the NT05 is not going to like the corners too good.

Unfortunately Ford put a 5x135 on the Lightnings and that gen F150. I haven't gotten DR's yet I still don't know what DR's to get and what rims I want to go with.

Too bad I didn't still have the F150. Had Lightning rims with 295 Nitto 555's.
Lol, an F150 shouldn't corner that hard, I scared a lot of passengers.
