Vehicle in question was e-tested in May. Lets say the vehicle is then sold off to a new owner in Dec. Would the vehicle need to be retested again for plated? Or would the e-test from May still be valid for the new owner?
Thanks!

However, a pass report used for an ownership transfer can be used to renew a vehicle’s registration at any point during the calendar year that follows the test.
